ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
Approval to award Proposal to Provide Construction Materials Testing Services for the Windy Hill Boulevard Project to the lowest and responsive Company Geo Hydro Engineers in the amount of $349,320.00.
The City Of Smyrna Requested Proposals to perform Construction Materials Testing for the Windy Hill Boulevard Project , this proposal will be for all Construction Materials Testing till the completion of the Windy Hill Boulevard project , four proposals were received. Funding Water CIP amended budget.

RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works, Purchasing Department and Croy Engineering LLC. after review and analysis recommend the approval to award the proposal for Construction Materials Testing to the lowest and responsive company Geo Hydro Engineering located at 1000 Cobb Place Boulevard, Suite 290, Kennesaw, Ga. 30144 and authorize the Mayor to execute all related documents and finance to make the necessary budget amendment to finalize.
