BACKGROUND: Parks and Recreation requested bids for the design and management of the renovation of the first floor locker rooms and restrooms at the Community Center. Nine vendors submitted quotes as follows:

Foley Design $45,000.00
Foley Design was the design firm selected to design the 2nd Floor Restroom Renovation and the Flooring Replacement projects in the Community Center in 2018. As part of those projects they also completed digital imaging of the Community Center. OF the firms that submitted proposals, Foley Design is the firm with the greatest knowledge of existing conditions and has the most experience as it pertains to the Community Center renovations.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Parks and Recreation and Purchasing have reviewed and scored the proposals and recommend award of the RFP19-024 Architectural Design Services Community Center Phase II to the highest Qualified Bidder, Foley Design (950 Lowery Blvd., NW Suite 21, Atlanta, GA 30318) for $45,000.00 and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
