ISSUE:  Application for a name change for Village at Lake Park dba Cortland At The Village.   The previous owner/agent was Village at Lake Park dba Village at Lake Park. 

BACKGROUND:  Village at Lake Park recently decided to change the name of the complex to Cortland at the Village.

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  The proper Name Change Application has been reviewed and approved by the Fire Marshal, Building Inspector, City Engineer, 911 Communications, City Marshals as well as reported to the Business License Officer.  Approval of a name change from Village at Lake Park to Village at Lake Park dba Cortland At The Village  located at 2085 Lake Park Dr.SE with Carmen Carrison as agent.
