Title
Approval to renew Management Services Agreement for Smyrna Food Truck Tuesday with JRM Management Services, Inc. for a zero dollar impact and have the Mayor sign and execute all related documents.

ISSUE: Assistance in managing staffing workload is needed for the 22-week series of Food Truck gatherings on city property managed by the City of Smyrna, specific to booking and managing food trucks and associated activities on site during the series. The series for 2019 begins with the first Tuesday in May and ends with the second Tuesday in October (with the exception of July 2 and September 3 when there will be no Food Truck event - holiday weeks).
BACKGROUND: This annual agreement provides for the extra assistance needed to produce this annual Smyrna Food Truck Tuesday series.
