Title
Approval of a name change for The Village at Lake Park apartment complex - Land Lots 704, 705, 734, 735, 736 and 737 - 2085 Lake Park Drive - Cortland Partners

ISSUE: Cortland Partners has acquired ownership of The Village at Lake Park apartment complex and is requesting to change the name of the complex to The Village. The Fire Marshal, City Engineer, Housing Inspector and Chief Building Official have reviewed the request and recommend approval of the name change.
BACKGROUND: None.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Approval of the requested name change to The Village.
