Approval of an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2016 budget for 2016 SPLOST.

 

Body

ISSUE:  A formal budget for the 2016 SPLOST needs to be adopted by Council.

 

BACKGROUND:  When Council adopted the budget for fiscal year 2016 in June 2015, a budget for the 2016 SPLOST fund was not included.  For financial reporting the City needs to have an annual adopted budget for the 2016 SPLOST fund. 

 

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Staff recommends approval of the budget amendment
