ISSUE: Approve the 4 year lease of Turf Maintenance equipment for $35,331.12 per year, on GA State Contract Pricing, from Jerry Pate Turf and Irrigation and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
BACKGROUND: Parks and Recreation acquired state contract lease pricing for 1 Toro Reelmaster 3575-D, 1 Toro Reelmaster 3100-D Sidewinder and 1 Toro Multi Pro 1750 Sprayer with Geo Link. Jerry Pate Turf and Irrigation provided the state contract lease pricing as follows:
$35,331.12 per year for a four year lease.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Parks and Recreation, and Finance have reviewed the terms of the lease program and recommend that the city enter into this contract with Jerry Pate Turf and Irrigation for an annual lease payment of $35,331.12 for each of the four years and to authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
