ISSUE: Hotel Sundry Shop/Hotel Reception Licensees shall not sell except between the hours of 8:00 AM and 11:45 PM Monday through Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 12:30 PM and 11:30 PM. Licensees shall not be required to hold a separate Sunday Sales Permit.
