ISSUE: Smyrna Library staff and volunteers are seeking permission to hold a ghost storytelling event as a small fundraiser for the Library. The event will be family-friendly with stories of local ghosts and strange folklore. The event will include apple cider and candy for guests. Library staff and volunteers will be responsible for cleaning up any trash during the event.
