ISSUE:  The applicants are seeking approval to annex .33 acre tract of property at 1741 Spring Street, Smyrna GA.  Cobb County has reviewed the annexation request and has responded with a letter of non-objection to the request.

 

BACKGROUND:  The zoning at 1741 Spring Street will not change.  This is just a request for annexation.

 

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Staff recommends approval of the annexation request.
