ISSUE:  

This is the second public hearing for the FY 2016 Budget. The total budget, as proposed, is $74,768,207. The General Fund budget is $42,151,572, Special Revenue Funds are $3,227,504, Capital Project Funds are $7,484,054, Internal Service Fund is $839,000 and the Enterprise Funds are $20,922,166.

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Adoption of the proposed budget for FY16 at the June 15, 2015 council meeting.
