Title
Authorize the acquisition of real property, by all lawful means, for improvements to Spring Road. The property is situated adjacent to the existing right of way and within an area stretching from its intersection with Cobb Parkway to its intersection with Bell Drive. This authorization includes adopting a Resolution and Declaration of Taking for the following parcels, and authorizing the mayor to execute such documents and all other documents incident to these acquisitions:
