Approval of HB 489 Service Delivery Strategy Agreement Extension with Cobb County and authorize the Mayor to execute any documents.

ISSUE:  Every 10 years under HB 489, the City is required to enter into a Service Delivery Strategy Agreement with Cobb County.  This agreement has been negotiated with the County and staff recommends approval.

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Approval for Mayor to sign and execute HB 489 Service Delivery Strategy Agreement Extension with Cobb County.
