Authorize a permit for Atkins Park Restaurant & Bar for a Beer Trailer during the Fall Jonquil Festival October 24, 2015 10:00AM - 6:00PM and October 25, 2015 12:00 PM (noon) to 5:00 PM

ISSUE: The Beer Trailer will be set up within the approved city street closures. They are asking this year to again sell draft beer from a beer trailer at the edge of the Market Village across from City Hall.
Alcohol Sales & Controls - Beer will be served in plastic cups for all (no cans/bottles). Everyone is carded with each purchase.
The Signage will be Sweetwater Brewery Emblem on Beer Trailer. Atkins Park will handle cleanup around the trailer at the end of the celebration.
