ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
Parks and Recreation requested proposals for the upgrading of the automatic door locking system on park restroom doors in the parks system. Two proposals were submitted as follows:
LMI Systems $54,686.11
Compass Security Systems $58,490.99
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Parks and Recreation and Purchasing have reviewed the proposals and recommend award of RFP 21-014 Door Locking System to the lowest qualified bidder, LMI Systems and to authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents
