ISSUE:  The applicant Ronald S. Dickson is seeking approval to annex into the City of Smyrna, approximately 0.113 acre tract, parcel 17051900580 - lying and being in Land Lot 519, 17th District, 2nd section, Cobb County, Georgia located at 2475 Adams Drive, Smyrna, GA 30080. The current Cobb County zoning is R-20 for residential.  The use of the property after annexation will be 1 residential dwelling unit.   If approved the annexation will become part of Ward 3.
