BACKGROUND: The City of Smyrna requested proposals for site work and drainage improvements to Jonquil Park, 3000 Park Road, Smyrna, GA 30080. Four proposals were received and the low bidder is Integrated Land Design, LLC in the amount of $58,380.85. This is an approved CDBG funded project. The four bids were as follows:

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Parks and Recreation and Purchasing have reviewed the bids and recommend award of bid RFP 18-005 Jonquil Park to low bidder Integrated Land Design, LLC for $58,380.85 and to authorize the mayor to execute any and all related documents.
