Approval of the Non-Disclosure Agreement between the City of Smyrna and Google Fiber.

ISSUE: The City is working with Google Fiber to conduct the feasibility of expanding Google Fiber into Smyrna. Some information they are requesting is sensitive in terms of how it can be used. This agreement will set expectations for how Google Fiber will not disclose any information that the City considers sensitive.
