Authorize retroactively the use of Council Chambers for a Town Hall legislative informational meeting hosted by District 42 House of Representative Teri Anulewicz and District 6 State Senator Jen Jordan, Sunday, May 6, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

ISSUE:  District 42 House of Representative and former Ward 3 Smyrna Councilmember Teri Anulewicz has requested the use of the Council Chambers for a legislative informational meeting.  Representative Anulewicz is planning to co-host this meeting with District 6 State Senator Jen Jordan.  We were contacted on April 25, 2018 with this request, the city was between council meetings; an email went out to councilmembers with this request.  We received unoffical consensus from councilmembers that they individually agreed to the use of Council Chambers on Sunday, May 6, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. and to place it on the next council agenda for approval.
