Proclamation in Recognition of Small Business Saturday, November 28, 2020

ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
Proclamation requested by Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) and the Small Business Saturday Coalition to support the national effort to drive consumers to shop at local independently owned businesses on the Saturday after Thanksigiving. Nic Dixon (current president) and/or Sara Sorensen (incoming president) of the Smyrna Business Association, will be in attendance to accept the proclamation on behalf of SBA and all small businesses in our community.
