ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

Application for privilege license agent change for Bad Daddy’s International, LLC dba Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar for the sale of beer, wine, & liquor (retail pouring). Brandon Summers is the agent applicant.  The previous agent at this location was Andrew Rattray.

 

Brandon Summers will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 2995 Atlanta Road SE, Building A #300.  Mr. Summers has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage ordinances and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop.

 

A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license.  Brandon Summers has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
