ISSUE:  The applicant Melanie Colley is seeking approval for annexation of approximately .18 acre tract parcel # 17056200470 - all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 562, 17th District, 2nd Section, Cobb County, Georgia located at 1423 Hawthorne Avenue, Smyrna GA

 

BACKGROUND:  Certified letters were sent to the Cobb County Clerk's Office and the Cobb County Community Development Planning Division.  We received a non-objection letter form Cobb County September 14, 2015 regarding this annexation. 

 

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Staff recommends approval
