ISSUE: Approval of a name change for the Aventine at Vinings apartment community. Rock Creek at Vinings, LLC, an affiliate of RAM Realty Services, recently purchased the Aventine at Vinings apartment community. The name "Aventine" is a proprietary brand registered to the prior owner, Greystar. As such, RAM is precluded from using the name required to rebrand the property upon taking title.

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Approval of the requested name change from Aventine at Vinings to Rock Creek at Vinings.
