ISSUE: The McLinden Group, LLC is seeking approval of a land use change from Moderate Density Residential to Medium Density Residential in conjunction with rezoning request Z13-019.
BACKGROUND: The land use change request was heard by Planning and Zoning Board at the December 9, 2013 meeting and was recommended for approval by a vote of 7-0.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Community Development recommends denial of the requested land use change in conjunction with zoning request Z13-019.
