Body

ISSUE:  The annexation application was accepted by Community Developement on July 28, 2015.  Letters were sent to the Cobb County Clerk's Office and Cobb County Community Development offices notifiying them of the request for annexation.  The city received a non-objection letter from Cobb County Board of Commissioners dated August 10, 2015.  The applicant has been notified that the annexations have been accepted by Cobb County and will move to the Mayor and Council agenda on September 8, 2015.
