ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

Drew Ihrig as registered agent for Little Cottage LLC dba Little Cottage requests privilege license for the sale of Beer, Wine, and Liquor (retail pouring) at 652 Concord Road SE.

 

Drew Ihrig will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at the referenced location.  Mr. Ihrig has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop.

 

A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude the issuance of this license.  Drew Ihrig has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
