ISSUE:  The applicant Ronald Dickinson is seeking approval for annexation of approximately .50 acre tract, parcel # 17051900630 - all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 519, 17th District, 2nd section, Cobb County, GA located at 1221 Pierce Avenue, Smyrna GA 30080 for a single family home to be zoned residential current Cobb County Zoning R3.  The annexation will become effective September 1, 2019 and become part of Ward 3.

 

BACKGROUND:  An email and certified letters were sent to the Cobb County Clerk's Office and Cobb County Community Development Planning Division. 

 

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Staff recommends approval
