ISSUE: Application for an apartment complex currently Doing Business As (dba) Alta at Jonquil to the new name dba "Sync at Jonquil" .
BACKGROUND: Alta at Jonquil has requested a name change to Sync at Jonquil.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: The proper Name Change Application (attached) has been reviewed and approved by the Fire Marshal, Building Inspector, City Engineer, 911 Communication Division, Water Department, and City Marshal as well as reported to the Business License Officer. Approval of a name change for WDF-4 Wood Jonquil LLC dba Alta at Jonquil to Sync at Jonquil located at 1455 Spring Road SE.
