ISSUE:  Approval of the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Smyrna and Croy Engineering for the Smyrna 2016 SPLOST Program Management

BACKGROUND:  Croy Engineering is currently our program manager for the 2011 SPLOST, this agreement extends the professional services of Croy Engineering to provide program management for the City of Smyrna 2016 SPLOST

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Public Works has reviewed the agreement and has been satisfied with Croy Engineering and their management of the 2011 SPLOST. Public Works recommends approval of the Professional Services Agreement between The City of Smyrna and Croy Engineering for the 2016 SPLOST.
