Approve the re-appointment of Planning and Zoning Board Members as follows: Tom Bartlett (Ward 1), Leslie Lightfoot (Ward 2), Earl Rice (Ward 4), Denny Campo (Ward 6), and David Monroe (Ward 7), for terms to expire December 2019.

ISSUE: To Re-appoint current Planning & Zoning Board Members to serve until December 2019.
BACKGROUND: The Planning and Zoning Board have an appointment from each Ward representative. The Ward representative recommends an appointee, the council votes to accept or deny the recommendation. The Councilmembers that are re-appointing Board members are as follows:
Ward 1 Derek Norton recommending Tom Bartlett
Ward 2 Andrea Blustein recommending Leslie Lightfoot
Ward 4 Charles (Corkey) Welch recommending Earl Rice
Ward 6 Doug Stoner recommending Denny Campo
Ward 7 Ron Fennel recommending David Monroe
Councilmember Doug Stoner as Chair of Community Development Committee to bring this motion forward.
