ISSUE: New application for privilege licenses for Ramirez & Sons LLC dba Mariscos Las Islitas for the sale of beer, wine, and liquor (retail pouring). Ramirez & Sons LLC dba Mariscos Las Islitas is the owner and Jaime S Ramirez is the agent applicant.
BACKGROUND: Jaime S Ramirez will be the registered agent, responsible for the sale of alcohol at the referenced location. Jaime S Ramirez has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop. (Certificate attached)
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license. Jaime S Ramirez has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol. Approval of privilege licenses for the sale of beer, wine, and liquor (retail pouring) for Ramirez & Sons LLC dba Mariscos Las Islitas with Jaime S Ramirez as the registered agent.
