ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: Commissioner Ott's office contacted the Mayor's office with the request to hold a Town Hall Meeting for his constituents in Smyrna & Vinings, May 12, 2020, from 7:00pm until approximately 9:00pm. This will be Commissioner Ott's Farewell Town Hall. He will only need a microphone; no presentations are scheduled.
