ISSUE:

The City of Smyrna (Grantor) desires to convey to Frances J. Cribbs (Grantee) a nonexclusive access easement over, through and across a section of the existing driveway that leads into North Cooper Lake Park, as more particularly described as North Cooper Lake Park (Private Drive) in that as built Survey for the City of Smyrna dated October 22, 2012, by Donaloy Hutchins, Georgia Registered Surveyor

BACKGROUND:  The easement granted, allows the grantee to utilize the existing driveway into North Cooper Lake Park in order to access the property which is owned by the Grantee, currently designated as 4281 Nowlin Drive.
