Body

ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

Application for privilege licenses for Prohibition Liquor, LLC dba Prohibition Liquor for the sale of wine and liquor (retail package). Prohibition Liquor, LLC is the owner and Matthew Bowman is the agent applicant.

 

Matthew Bowman will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 3100 Highlands Parkway SE, Suite 1.  Mr. Bowman has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop.

 

A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude the issuance of this license.  Matthew Bowman has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
