ISSUE:  A temporary construction easement is necessary for the replacement and installation of a Sanitary sewer main.
 
BACKGROUND:  Public Works has scheduled the replacement and installation of sanitary sewer main within an existing sanitary sewer easement at this property.
 
 
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Public works staff and Cory Engineering recommend Mayor and Council Authorize a Resolution and Declaration of taking of 2853 Sq. Ft. of temporary construction easement at 2756 Stonecreek Road for the replacement and installation of sanitary sewer easement.
