ISSUE:  The applicant Accent Cumberland Apartments, LP, Represented by Garvis Sams is seeking approval for annexation of approximately 5.9 acre tract, parcel # 17088000030 - all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 880 and 881, 17th District, 2nd Section, Cobb County, Georgia, being known as Emerson Center located at 2800 and 2810 Spring Road, Smyrna, Georgia. Annexation  effective date June 1, 2018

 

BACKGROUND:  Certified letters were sent to the Cobb County Clerk's Office and the Cobb County Community Development Planning Division July 25, 2017.  We received a non-objection letter from Cobb County dated August 7, 2018 and received August 10, 2017 regarding this annexation.
