ISSUE: Bid award 16-014 Highview Drive at Plumcrest Road Drainage Project to the lowest bidder Ardito Construction Co. Inc for $27,889.00 and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
BACKGROUND: Public Works requested bids for the installation of about 66 lf of road storm drainage and catch basins to eliminate a storm water issue at this intersection. Six vendors submitted bids as follows:

K.M. Davis Contracting Co. $40,495.00
C & L Contractors $47,077.50
Construction 57 Inc. $49,210.00
Site Engineering $72,700.00
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works and Purchasing have reviewed the bids and recommend award of RFP 16-014 Highview Drive at Plumbcrest Road Drainage Project to the lowest bidder Ardito Construction Co. for $27,889.00 and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
