ISSUE: Authorization for the Mayor to execute the right-of-way deed to the roadway improvements of Concord Road
BACKGROUND: There are currently several City owned parcels along the Concord Road widening project that we need to transfer the right-of-way for the road project therefore establishing the new right-of-way within the City owned parcels. Conveyance will be made to the City.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works, Croy Engineering and the City Attorney have reviewed these documents and recommend Mayor and Council authorize the Mayor to execute the right-of-way deed to the roadway improvement of Concord Road and right-of-way dedication for such purpose.
