Appeal of the denial of application for a taxi permit for Wilmer F. Caballero Lazo

ISSUE:
BACKGROUND: Wilmer Caballero was denied a taxi permit by the License and Variance Board due to pending felony charges and answering questions falsely on the application. He indicated on the application that he had been arrested in November 2013. However, he had also been arrested in March 2014 which was not indicated. He currently has four (4) pending felony charges Cobb County Sheriff's Office. Two (2) from 11-16-2-13 and tow (2) from 3-20-2014.
