ISSUE: Application for change of agent for Red Lobster Restaurants LLC dba Red Lobster #0392 for privilege licenses for beer, wine, and liquor (retail pouring). Kimberly Jean Griffin is the applicant. Previous owner was GMRI, Inc and the agent was Dan Lee Adams.
BACKGROUND: Kimberly Jean Griffin will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at the referenced location. Kimberly Jean Griffin has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance and has attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop. (Certificate attached)
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license. Kimberly Jean Griffin has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol. Approval of privilege licenses for the sale of beer, wine, and liquor (retail pouring) for Red Lobster Restaurants LLC dba Red Lobster #0392 with Kimberly Jean Griffin as the registered agent.
