ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

By job description, the Human Resources Manager serves as the Civil Service Board Clerk. The Human Resources Manager position was vacated on May 28, 2021. Human Resources Director, Carol Sicard, will serve as the interim Civil Service Board Clerk until the position of Human Resources Manager is filled.

 

RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:  Staff recommends approval of the appointment of Human Resources Director, Carol Sicard, as the Interim Civil Service Board Clerk, until an upcoming Human Resources Manager is hired and can be appointed.
