ISSUE:  The applicants Brian and Elesia Glover is seeking approval for annexation of approximately .16 acre tract, parcel number 17063200180 - all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 632, 17th District, 2nd Section, Cobb County, Georgia located at 1693 Donna Lynn Drive SE, Smyrna GA 30080.  The annexation will become effective September 1, 2019 and part of Ward 3.

 

BACKGROUND:  Certified letters were sent to the Cobb County Clerk's Office and the Cobb County Community Development Planning Division.  The letter of non-objection was received from Cobb County on July 31, 2019.

 

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Staff recommends approval
