ISSUE: Approve new Ordinance 102 Utilities, Article III, Section 102-43, 102-44 and 102-45 General Sewer Use Requirements
BACKGROUND: Public Works is requesting to establish an ordinance to provide rules and requirements for the general use of sanitary sewer for both commerical and residential customers and rules and regulations for specific discharge of waters and wastes into the City of Smyrna waste water system.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works has reviewed this Ordinance and recommends approval of Ordinance 102 Utilities, Article III, Section 102-43, 102-44 and 102-45 General Sewer Use Requirements.
