Fiscal Year 2019 Budget Amendment

ISSUE: Several unbudgeted items have impacted the City's FY 2019 year to date balances so an amendment is necessary.
BACKGROUND: The IT department has completed the Replace SAN Units CIP project included in the 2019 adopted budget. After completion of this project, there is a balance of $9,771.86 remaining in the project account. The IT department would like to transfer this balance into its Desktop Computer Updates project also adopted with the 2019 budget to fund much needed upgrades.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Recommend approval of the FY 2019 budget amendment.
