ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

Application for privilege licenses for Concord Market, LLC dba Shop & Go for the sale of beer (retail package). Concord Market, LLC is the owner and Nizarali Jafarali is the agent applicant.  This property was previously Concord Market with Meera Lakhani as agent.

 

Nizarali Jafarali will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 2175 Old Concord Road, Suite 100.  Mr. Jafarali has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage ordinances and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop.

 

A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license.  Nizarali Jafarali has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
