Approval of the Hut License Agreement between the City of Smyrna and Google Fiber.

ISSUE:
BACKGROUND: The City is conducting a feasibilty study for the expansion of Google Fiber into the City of Smyrna. Google Fiber could potentially want to place fiber utlity huts on city owned property to help facilitate the expansion into residential areas. This agreement will govern this placement should Google Fiber elect to expand into the City.
