ISSUE: Ms. Waters applied for an alcohol permit at the Smyrna Police Department and was denied on April 17, 2014. Ms. Waters is appealing to the License & Variance Board .
BACKGROUND: Ms Waters came before the License and Variance Board on May 28, 2014 and her appeal was postponed to be heard by Mayor and Council
