ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

Approve the purchase of Parks and Rec 2020 Ford F-150 Super Cab 4x2 V6 stock unit from Wade Ford. Pricing based on City of Atlanta Contract 10590-WS for $24,801.00. Vehicle 3635 was totaled during a collision in December of 2019. Purchase will be made with Insurance proceeds of $23,495.03 and $1,305.97 from FY21 Vehicle Replacement emergency funds.

 

RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:  Purchasing and Parks and Recreation recommend the purchase of 2020 Ford F-150 Super Cab 4x2 V6 stock unit from Wade Ford for the purchase price of $24,801.00 and to authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents and finance to make the necessary budget amendment to finalize.
