ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: Baldwin Paving requested road closure dates of February 9, 2022 and February 10, 2022 which were approved at the February 7, 2022 Mayor and Council meeting under the consent agenda. On February 9, 2022 they notified Public Works they would be unable to complete the work on the approved dates and asked the dates of February 14 - 16, 2022 be approved. Because no Mayor and Council meeting was scheduled until February 21, 2022, the City Administrator sent out an email to Mayor and Council asking for consent and ratification on the February 21, 2022 Mayor and Council agenda.
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Ratify and approve a road closure on Windy Hill Road at Burbank Circle for the revised dates of February 14 - 16, 2022 for the construction of the Windy Hill Boulevard Improvements.
