ISSUE:  The Fire department budgeted for replacement of a 2007 Ford Expedition (VIN 3080) response vehicle. The vehicle will be purchased from Wade Ford using City of Atlanta contract # 10590-WS. The vehicle has already been competitively bid through this contract.
